“Art All Night is a unique opportunity to explore the creativity of DC artists of all types, in traditional and nontraditional spaces, ranging from small galleries and theaters to the historic Carnegie Library and Wonder Bread Factory, and the award-wining Watha T. Daniel/Shaw Library,” says Alexander M. Padro, Shaw Main Streets executive director.

“And it all takes place in the middle of a neighborhood that’s booming with new development, including dozens of new bars and restaurants, a number of which will be open during the big event.”

On September 27, 2014, Shaw Main Streets presents Art All Night, the third full-scale overnight arts festival in Washington, DC's Shaw nighborhood, based on Paris' Nuit Blanche. The magic lasts from 7:00 PM that night until 3:00 AM on Sunday, September 28. This year, 25 venues in Shaw will showcase the work of DC painters, sculptors, photographers, fashion
